ERICA ERDMAN

One of the original Iguana Cafe poets, Erica Erdman has studied poetry with Allen J. Friedman and Laurel Ann Bogen.  Her work has appeared in 51%, fts, Dance of the Iguana, Blue Satellite, and Beyond the Valley of the Contemporary Poets. Her first poetry book, "The Apocalyptic Kid," was published in 1997.  She has performed her work throughout the Southland, most notably in full make-up and costume as the late William Burroughs.
